How it works

You choose how often you want a top-up, and it arrives on that schedule with free shipping. It's there so you don't run out, not to lock you in.

Pausing, skipping or cancelling

You can pause, skip or cancel a subscription at any time, from your account or by emailing accounts@wordofmouth.club. There's no phone call and no retention script.

What cancelling does and doesn't do

Cancelling stops future orders. It doesn't automatically refund an order that has already been dispatched, but our 30-day money-back guarantee still covers that order once it arrives. See our Returns Policy for details.

Pricing changes

If we change subscription pricing, we'll tell you before it applies to your subscription.

Payment

Taking out a subscription authorises us to charge your payment method on the schedule you selected, until you cancel.
