Dispatch

We dispatch from Melbourne within one business day. How long delivery takes from there is up to the carrier, and we can't guarantee a specific delivery date.

Cost

Within Australia, standard shipping is $4.95 and free on orders over $40. Express is $15. Shipping to the United States is free. Subscription orders always ship free.

Australia and the United States. If you're elsewhere and want to order, email us at accounts@wordofmouth.club and we'll see what we can do.

Risk in transit

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Changing or cancelling before dispatch

Email us as soon as you can. We dispatch within one business day, so if you reach us quickly we can usually catch it. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can't recall it, but our 30-day money-back guarantee still covers you once it arrives. See our Returns Policy for details.
